Java & ABAP Developers: Strong analytical and programming skills on Java or ABAP with demonstrated experience of developing applications on one of these 2 platforms. Candidates should be eager to develop specialized technical skills on one of the following: UI development using frameworks, application logic with and without frameworks, Persistence layer with frameworks. (1-4 years of experience)	Business Process Experts: Work with SAP customers to design "Business Process Optimization" solutions. Strong background in requirements analysis and solution design. Good exposure to SAP application products in development or implementation cycles. (4-8 years of experience)
SAP NetWeaver Technology Leads/Architects: Lead the technical delivery on SAP NetWeaver stack (Java or ABAP). Strong background on application development (Java or ABAP). Good exposure to SAP technology & products in development cycles. (4-10 years of experience)	SAP Innovation Labs Director: Would setup, grow and manage the "Innovation Labs" for large SAP customers. Work with SAP customers to design, build and rollout the "Business Process Optimization" and other innovative solutions, on SAP NetWeaver stack (Java and ABAP). Strong background in end-to-end project management, preferably with comprehensive customer engagements. Strong exposure to SAP technology and products in development and implementation cycles. (8-15 years of experience)
